Once you have completed the have passed the first part of the on-boarding process, you will be sent over to Compliance for your background check and to check on licensing.
ALL employees are required to undergo a background check before being cleared for employment. Background checks can take anywhere from 1 - 7 days. Upon return of the results, each background is reviewed prior to being cleared.
**If you are able to provide nationally run background check results that were run within 6 months, that can be accepted in place of us completing our own background check. You can provide with that your on-boarding documents or can email that to: compliance@skylinesecurity.com
If the results of your background check are cause for review, it will be sent up the chain to be reviewed and determined if you eligible to be cleared to work in the requested area or not.
If you are not cleared to work in a regulated state, you will be provided a list of non-regulated states that you are able to work in.
If upon review of your background results you feel the records reported are incorrect, you will need to contact Simpliverified to have them help you appeal and remove these charges on your report. You can contact them at: 855-837-1328
All background reports are valid for one year after being completed. If you need to complete on-boarding or licensing that requires a copy of your background report and it is over one year old, you will be required to undergo the background report again.
