Specifically, the PEMI Be the BankTM program is designed to focus on the primary mortgage securities aspect of the banking industry by educating and training investor's to learn how to "invest like a bank by lending like a bank" within the profitable and low risk domain of primary mortgage securities.

Further, Be the Bank® empowers individual investors to rely less on third-party financial advisors and more on themselves. This independent, focused approach establishes a greater degree of freedom, control and confidence to generate greater personal net worth without the requirement to rely upon others.
