Private Equity Mortgagee Council

The Private Equity Mortgagee Councils consist of groups of private equity mortgage investors and lenders who trade in private equity mortgages and seek to collaborate and advocate on private equity mortgage industry matters. Membership is open to all Accredited Class^® mortgage investors and lenders. The Private Equity Mortgagee Council is organized in two groups, Primary and Country councils.

Primary Council:

Private Equity Mortgagee Council

consisting of representatives of 1 or more members of a country council. This council may collaborate and advocate on private mortgage industry matters on behalf of any Country Council's country-of-interest.

Country Sub-Councils:

Private Equity Mortgagee Council of Canada

investors and lenders who trade in private mortgages and seek to collaborate and advocate on private mortgage industry matters in Canada

Private Equity Mortgagee Council of Australia

investors and lenders who trade in private mortgages and seek to collaborate and advocate on private mortgage industry matters in Australia

Private Equity Mortgagee Council of United Kingdom

investors and lenders who trade in private mortgages and seek to collaborate and advocate on private mortgage industry matters in United Kingdom
