1.2.1.1 Q-PEM-®A Designation Certification Requirements

A Professional designation; once the professional study is completed a student must complete the certification process which consists of a combination of:

- Professional Education Completion (Q-PEM-®A)

- Assessment of Practical Experience

- Examination

Q-PEM-®A Qualification Process

For licensed mortgage brokers, sub-brokers or agents who seek a Q-PEM-®A designation, the first step is to send us the following:

1 - Current Government/Regulatory Body-issued mortgage broker/sub-broker/agent license certificate.

2 - Current year professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance application.

3 - Current year professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance certificate.

Once we have all three items, we can proceed to an application process and evaluate you for entry in one of the following levels.
