PEMI^® programs have different curricula; the contents of which are based upon current practices in the private equity mortgage industry. Curricula are based upon the business processes (work-flow transition chart) of a private equity mortgage company that has a quality management system that is certified to ISO 9001:2015. PEMI^® utilizes the MortgageQuote Canada Corp. work-flow transitions chart, for establishing current, practice-based curricula.
