The Orange Lions suffer a crushing defeat to cross town foe Warrensville Hts.

The night started off looking like it was going to be a defensive battle between The Lions and The Tigers of Warrensville Heights. Late in the first quarter, sophomore safety, Sean Borgman intercepted a pass over the middle to set up The Orange offense with great field position. However, on the ensuing play, The Warrensville defense smothered the offense, causing a fumble, returning it 85 yards for a touchdown.

It went down hill from there. The Orange Lions struggled to move the ball on offense, including 4 turnovers, and the defense did not make stops when they needed them. It was a long night for The Lions, but they eventually scored a touchdown when Senior QB Palmer Hanley converted with Junior WR Nick Garafoli on a 4 yard pass late in the 4th quarter.
