Post date: Sep 11, 2018 3:20:05 PM

The Orange Lions did not show a glimpse of fatigue coming off of last weeks hard win by beating St. Thomas Aquinas 39-10 in a lopsided victory.

The game allowed for The Lions to rest their older players and get some work out of their younger ones by getting to a running clock in the second half. Scores from junior RB Diante White and senior WR Armon Frey from senior QB Sean Borgman in the second half got the Lions to 39 points; while the defense, led by senior LB Noah Klubnik continued to shut down St. Thomas. The win gives The Orange Lions their 3rd of the season and looking for more momentum.

This week, The Orange Lions (3-0) will play host to the Grand Valley Mustangs (3-0). The Mustangs are a great program that is rich in tradition. Both teams are looking to get tp 4-0 on the season, and for The Lions, it would be for the first time in a VERY LONG time in program history.
