The Lions fail to execute and get overwhelmed by Perry

The Lions came into Friday night's game with high hopes of competing for a CVC title by defeating Perry on the road. From the start, The Lions did not seem to have control. Offensively, The Lions could not control or contain the Perry Pirates. Perry smothered Orange and forced The Lions into many mistakes. Defensively, The Lions could not execute tackles in critical moments; because of this, Perry converted many 3rd and longs that led to points. The 49-7 loss is one of the worst suffered in recent years for The Lions.

This week, The Orange Lions (6-2, 2-2) look to bounce back at home against West Geauga (2-6, 1-4). The Wolverines of West Geauga are looking for redemption after The Lions defeated them at home for the first time in over 20 years last season. Come out and support your Orange Lions as they look to earn 7 wins over West G this Friday night! Kickoff is set for 7pm! Go Lions!
