Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to complain about the “Caring and Sharing Workshop” organized by youth centre on 12 September.
My first complaint is about the participants. I felt dissatisfied about the participants because they were very noisy. The speaker was ignored by the participants because most of them were chatting with one another. When the speaker asked them to be quiet, they pretended they couldn’t hear and they went on talking. Also, some talked very loudly, causing serious disturbance. Also, some treated the speaker very impolitely. This is one of the reasons I wasn’t happy with the workshop.
The second complaint is about the equipment. The workshop had a fatal problem. This was the projection was poor. Everything projected by the projector was blurred and kept flickering. Sometimes, it was even in dark projection. There was a period of suspension of the workshop. Then, a staff came to repair the projector. But it worked well only a period of time after that. Then the poor projection continued until the end of the workshop. Every participant felt very disturbed.
Another complaint is that the workshop didn’t include an important session. There was no question-and-answer sessions. Without the session, the whole workshop was very dull and lacked pleasure, which made the participants unable to express their thoughts and ask questions.
My last complaint is about the speaker. He spoke slowly from the beginning to the end of the workshop and this seriously affected the progress of the whole workshop. It was not until the end of the workshop that the speaker reluctantly finished all the content.
I was unhappy about the workshop because there were too many loopholes. At the same time, I hope your centre can improve them. Among all, I think the staff should check whether there is any equipment to be repaired at least one day before the workshop.
