"Heliorion has bonuses towards finding items. He can spend emeralds to receive random items and raise inventory capacity, and has a level 3 ability which causes a very brief global item spree."
Level 1

Once per phase, you may choose an amount of emeralds to sacrifice, and you will be given a random item that can be up to 125% as valuable as the amount of emeralds sacrificed. If the item is less valuable than the amount spent, you will be mostly recompensated.

You take significantly more damage from the Decay effect.

You are able to spend 128 emeralds to permanently grant an additional inventory slot to the player of your choice. This can be done an unlimited number of times, but is limited to once per phase.

Once in the game, you may illuminate the entire province for two phases, causing all players to be guaranteed to find three items when visiting a location.
