Arwes is a Villager role in Wynn Mafia 2.
"Arwes can create random “Effect Charges” that inflict status effects, and can be saved and stacked on top of each other to make the effects longer. Once upgraded to maximum level (which is pricey), he gets to choose from a wide array of effects for his charges instead of receiving random ones."

Once every night, you may create an effect charge, an item that contains a random status effect that may be inflicted on a target by using it. Each charge will inflict that status effect for one phase. The duration will stack if multiple charges are used or the target already has that status effect. Your charge will have one of the following effects: Empower, Regenerate, Silence, Weaken.

Once this upgrade is purchased, reaching the House of Talor will allow you to meet with your guard golem, Golie. Golie is an unkillable iron golem that takes up no inventory space, cannot be killed, and increases your maximum health by 40. If you have visited this location before, you will receive Golie without having to visit it again.
