Dr. Urelix is a Mafia role in Wynn Mafia 2.
"Dr. Urelix is the sword to Kaosuw’s shield as far as the mafia goes. He can build iron golems (a utility unit that you can attack others with) more cheaply than other roles, granting him large amounts of damage and health so long as he can receive a steady supply of bodies to convert into golems. He also has some economic value, as he has more starting emeralds than any other role and can generally obtain a lot of iron scrap to be sold or invested towards golems."

Iron Golems are item-entities that you can attack other players with. By default, they have 40 health and deal 20 damage per hit. They will also absorb damage in your stead, although it is treated as additional HP and not a redirection.

You deal double damage to other players’ golems.
