Football game! It's our first performance and it's so early this year. 

Meet at the HS at 4:30 8/28

Wear your grey band shirt and pants that will fit under your bibbers. Black socks! No personal jewelry. Hair up off your collar. 

Ms Williams has picked up our new show shirts so we will change into them at school. 

4:00 - Ms Sheridan arrives to open container and trailer. If you need to get gear, arrive early. 

We will practice music in the band room from 4:30-5:30. We have a LOT to go over. I don't want to sound bad any more than you do. Let's work to impress. 

5:30-6:00 Break and change. 

6:05 Walk to the stadium. 

7:00 GAMETIME!

Half time - We will perform the Intro through Convergence. Battery will sideline for Convergence and we will NOT use the LED glasses this week . We will NOT play I Can See Clearly Now (unless you guys blow my socks off in the band room first.)

You will have 3rd quarter off for food and friends. Bring $ for the Snack Shack. Don't be late for 4th quarter!

Cheer like crazy! This will be fun. We bring the fun. 

Next week - Back to School! 

Rehearsal Tuesday and Thursday. We will start the closer drill.

It's time for Back to School! And we kick it off with the Back to School Block Party on Tuesday. We will meet at 5:00 on Tuesday and we will finish at 8:00. Meet at the stadium to get gear and we will form up on the parking lot. Wear your grey band shirts and shorts. We will march over to Shoemaker School around 5:30 and play September and possibly one other 'stands' tune. 

After the block party we will travel back to the school and work on music and visuals, as the football team will be in the stadium for a scrimmage. Please arrange to be picked up at 8:00 at the high school. 

Thursday Aug 21 - regular practice at the field. 

Tuesday Aug 26 - regular practice at the field

Thursday Aug 28 - we will play at the Pitman football game in the stadium. No uniforms. Meet at 6 at the stadium. Game starts at 7:00. 

Please be sure to attend all rehearsals. Use the conflict form if you absolutely have to miss. We are nearing our first performance and we need everyone on the field for every rehearsal. Don't forget to turn in  physical paperwork if you haven't yet. 

If you got your schedule and you do not have band scheduled, it's not too late. Contact your counselor and request a change.
