Great job at the parade. My family, who has watched our band grow and evolve since I first started here, said it was the best we have ever sounded and looked. They commented on the horn angles and the really full sound. Your costumes were super fun too!

This week we will rehearse our field show on Tuesday from 6-7 to prepare for the play-off game on Friday. We will not stay after school that day. Meet in the band room at 5:30 to dress and prepare to head to the stadium. Wear long sleeve shirts and prepare for cooler weather in the stands. You can wear black hoodies and coats. We will wear black beanies as well if needed. 

Tuesday 6-7 field show at the stadium. We will also work stands tunes including Sir Duke.

Good job on Saturday! We finally broke through that 80 goal. We still have some things to fix before Sunday when we head to Regionals. Be sure to be at rehearsal both nights this week. 

TUESDAY 15th - Rehearse from 6 to EIGHT! Be sure your ride knows we will finish an hour early tonight. 

THURSDAY 17th - 6-9:00 We will possibly work on stands tunes a bit this week so be prepared. 

SUNDAY - Region Championships at Eastern High School

11:15 load truck near trailer

11:30 load bus for EASTERN

12:30 arrive at EASTERN, bathrooms and change

1:00 proceed to lot

TUESDAY 22 - NO MARCHING REHEARSAL. First jazz band rehearsal. This is for returning Varsity Blues players as well as anyone interested in Orange Jam. 

THURSDAY 24th - 6:00-7:30 We will rehearse stands tunes for the playoff games as well as parade practice for the Alloway Halloween Parade. We will load the trailer for Saturday at the end of rehearsal. We will move to the high school for concert band rehearsal at 7:30. 

Saturday - Alloway Halloween Parade Report at 5:15. Bus leaves at 5:30. Wear a costume of your choice but be sure it is school appropriate and you can move and play in it. We will play Thriller.
