A $556.00 is a deposit of the initial bill and they will be asked to pay that upon checking in. When the patients asks for an estimate of how much it will cost, please quote between $300 to $600 as we never know if the doctor needs to do xrays, DME, injections, ect.

PUT IN AS SELF PAY 100% and print/provide "No Insurance Letter" at check in.
Patient walks in stating that they don’t have their card with them and there is no recent copy in chart, add as self pay 100% , and a statement will be sent TO THEM. The letter states that they have to provide a copy of the card or they will be charged.
