Dr. Raub: Okay to schedule if 1+ year since last visit or new body part
Dr. Gnirke: Okay to schedule
Dr. Braxton: Okay to schedule if 1+ year since last visit or new body part
Additional Notes:
Ask patients not to leave multiple messages – the Spine Line is answering calls as they are able.
If a Raub patient wants to cancel, transfer them to the Spine Line.
Do NOT assign Phone notes to the spine line-reach out by email or teams
