How to Merge Calls and Drop Participants in Dialpad

Step 1: Initiate the First Call

• Dial the first person’s number and wait for the call to be answered.

Step 2: Add a Second Call

• Once the first call is connected, tap the "Add Call" button.

• Dial the second person’s number and wait for them to answer.

Step 3: Merge the Calls

• When the second call is connected, tap the "Merge Calls" button.

• All participants are now on a conference call.

Step 4: Drop a Participant

• Tap "Conference" to view the list of participants.

• Locate the participant you wish to remove.

• Tap the red phone icon next to their name.

• Confirm by tapping "End Call" to remove them from the conversation.
