The referral team will route standard referral documents to the Front Desk D jelly bean
EXAMPLE #2
Frisco, Edwards and Vail Front Desk Members/ Call Center will monitor this jelly bean and contact patients for scheduling.
If the patient has been previously treated at VSON the documents will be attached to their chart before being routed to the Front Desk Jelly
If the patient has NOT been previously treated at VSON the documents will come in under the patient name of Fax,Inbox
EXAMPLE #3
Do NOT make a chart until the patient has scheduled an appointment.
Make a notation in the description field of the document each time you attempt contact.
3 attempts over a 2-3 week time frame must be made to the patient to schedule. If the patient has not returned our call to schedule one week after the 3rd attempt route the document back to the Referral, Coordinator Jelly
If contact is made and the patient states they do not want to schedule-make a note in the description field of the document and route to the Referral, Coordinator Jelly
If contact is made and the patient schedules (YAY!) attach the document to the patient chart if it is not already attached, make a notation in the description field of the appointment date and physician route the document back to the Referral, Coordinator Jelly
Helpful information: If you hover over the description area in the Jelly it will show all notations
