Booking Guidelines:

• ✅ Will see: Hand, Wrist, Elbow, Shoulder

• ❌ Will not see: Spine

• ✅ Bilateral body parts are OK

• 🚫 No MRI reviews in the 11:50 AM slot

• 👶 For patients under 2 years old, ask the team first

• ✅ No limit on Medicare patients
  🧠 Second opinions: team must schedule 

Same-Day Appointments:

• ✅ Book if a slot is open

• ❓ If overbooking, ask the team first

• 📢 Always inform the team when a same-day is booked
