*You may change all EXCEPT NP to FU

* When you make a change or the team allows you to make changes to an appointment, create a note in the "General Notes" with their name and then put your initials and date
*Will see: Knee & Shoulder (ask team for all others)

* Same day knee and shoulder appointments are OK
*Will NOT see: Spine
*Soft time orders: book in order
*Ok to see Bilateral body parts per scheduled appointment
*Schedule MRI reviews in follow-up spot if required, please read clinic notes to check what the doctor ordered
*Any age patient is fine for Knee and shoulder, if a child has any other body part that needs to be seen, ask Team first
*OK to schedule New Medicare in NP slots on Mon and Wed mornings

* Dr. Sterett will be in clinic on Monday and Wednesday mornings ONLY.

Remind patient to bring previous imaging and notes
*Same Day Appointments:
Ask team if Overbooking
Can book if slot is open (30 min slot)
Let team know if same day appointment is booked

*Always check phone notes before adding a NEW phone note to avoid duplicates
