Medicaid patients are not allowed to pay cash for services.
If Medicaid is secondary, we do accept it and do not collect a copay.

Previously seen for this injury and with this doctor → Schedule follow-up
New patient → Cannot be seen
Unless:
Patient was seen at Vail Health ER → They are allowed one follow-up with the same doctor
If they had surgery in the ER, they have 90 days from the date of surgery to follow up with that doctor.
