Booking Guidelines:

• • ALL appointments require:

    • • Written referral from ECH

      • In-Person Scheduling

                **Please notify Frisco Front Desk if ECH patient schedules**

• Collet Payment and Referral: Referral MUST be scanned in patient chart and Applicable fee MUST be collected (No Prompt Pay Waiver needed)

  • • Discount is applied to billed charges- NOT Prompt Pay Rate

    • Scan ALL paperwork into patient chart

Referral and Visit Limits:

• VSON accepts 4 NEW ECH patients/month 

  • Of these, 2 can be Medicaid

**Frisco Front Desk keeps track of scheduling availability

Restrictions:

• NO NEW SPINE PATIENTS

• No VSON MRI’s-must be done at St. Anthony Summit

• No Walk-in X-Ray- X-Rays can only be completed at scheduled visits with providers.

• Does NOT cover- DME, Medications or Casting[2]

Other Notes:

• ECH assigns fee codes for discounted services (excludes DME, meds, casting).

• ECH patients must pay full remaining balance at time of visit.

• Patients can be seen in Eagle or Summit locations.

  • If patient lives in Summit, Eagle, Park, or Lake County, notify Frisco Front Desk (they track ECH patients).
