Procedure for Requesting a Translator for Non-Spanish Languages: Language Line 

To request a translator for any language other than Spanish, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Visit the Website: For a full list of available languages, please visit www.languageconnections.com.

2. Dial the Language Line: Contact the Language Line at 877-261-6608.

3. Enter Client ID: When prompted, enter the client ID: 236194.

4. Select Language Option: Press 2 for all other languages.

5. Choose Desired Language: Follow the instructions to select the language you require.

6. Enter Personal Code: Use the patient account number as your personal code.

7. Interpreter Connection: An interpreter will be connected to assist with communication. Clearly communicate your needs to the interpreter.

Important Note: VSON ensures the availability of an interpreter for any required language during the appointment. It is essential to confirm with the team and the FD on the day of the appointment to verify that an iPad is available for use by the interpreter/patient.
