Patient Requests for Brace Fitting or Equipment:

• If a patient requests to speak with someone about brace fitting or any equipment, send them to Hannah Emmet at ext. 8239.

• Hannah will handle scheduling directly with the patient.

• Do not make tech visits under the provider's template. Hannah have their own template in ECW.

Cold Therapy Ice Machines - Locations:

1. Vail:

   • VPulse and universal pads are located in the Cast Room against the far wall.

   • Pads for the ice machine are in the Foot Stuff Cupboard (top shelf).

2. Edwards:

   • VPulse and universal pads are located in the DME Supply Room (bottom shelf, far side).

3. Frisco:

   • Polar Care Wave and VPulse are located in the back hallway, on the shelves along the wall.

   • Universal and ankle pads are in a box in the DME Supply Room.
