You can now start a new VSON IT Helpdesk ticket just by emailing helpdesk@vsortho.com. It's a simple way to get help and stay updated via email. For access to more comprehensive options and features, please utilize your VSON IT Helpdesk account. When entering a ticket please make sure to add IP address so IT can access your computer.
*Please note, for security reasons, if you include other recipients in your email to the helpdesk, they will not be included in the correspondence. Here are some steps to assist you with the enrollment and ticket creation process.
Once the invitation is received click on the Sign up link
Enter your full name and Password (8 characters, number, symbol), email is not required.
Once you are setup you can click on the Get IT Help link to open your first ticket.
This is where you can provide as much detail as possible to help us with understanding the request, IP address is critical if you are working in an office. Screen captures, detailed descriptions, call back number, teamviewer information- ID and password, etc.
When you login you can look at the status of your requests by clicking the link in the upper right corner.
