Be fruitful

She said before : "There were two large paintings in the living room, each occupying an entire wall". 

The second painting depicted a lush rainforest under a tumultuous sky. Butterflies were flying over the flowers; there were so many of them that they seemed to be coming out of the painting. In this room there was a shy man, sitting awkwardly on the cushion of a huge sofa. He looked like the accountant's assistant who worked at the orphanage in Addis Ababa.

His name was Abel. Our breaths merged. After a last kiss, I left him. Later, there were billions of us on the surface of the world. I was never tempted by anyone; I was drawn like a moon to the planet, that's all. We never wanted anything but beauty and gentleness.
