DEFINITION:
Team sheet check tutorial
Tutorial - all steps of the Team sheet check
73.1 Match information:
Match Status - It should be played
Result - first half, second half, extra time, penalties
- We don’t think that there is anything problematic with the first and the second time result
- About the extra time - always the result should be the result in the regular time. If in the regular time finished 1-1, then the result should be the same in the extra time too -> 1-1 If there is a goal (goals) in extra time they should be added to the extra time result.
- About the result in the penalty shootout -> it should be marked only the goals from the penalties, without the goals in extra time and in regular time. For example if the result is 1-1 in regular time and then we have 7 goals from penalties, then the result in the penalties should be 3-2, not 4-3.
73.2 Team information:
Player’s numbers -> source numbers (They have to be the same)
- You have to always check the number of the players in the team sheet. They have to be equal to the number of players in the source.
Goals -> players, minutes
- You have to check if the names of the goalscorers are matching the goalscorers in the source and also if the minutes are matching too.
- The number of the goals in the team sheet should always match the result of the game (even if there are missing goal in the video, these goals should be present in the team sheet and in the result of the game)
Goals -> players, minutes

- The number of the goals in the team sheet should always match the result of the game (even if there are missing goal in the video, these goals should be present in the team sheet and in the result of the game)
Substitutions -> players , minutes
- It’s the same logic like checking goals - the names and the minutes should matching
Yellow and red cards -> players, minutes
- It’s the same logic like checking goals - the names and the minutes should matching
- Again if the cards are missing in the video, but they are present in the source, then we have to mark them in the tag and also in the sheet. It’s mandatory for the information in the sheet to be correct and to match the source.
Wrong players check -> you have to check if the players in the source are matching the players in the sheet
- The players should be checked in order to be sure that they are the correct ones and to exclude the possibility of tagging a wrong player. The full names of the players have to be checked in order to be sure that there is no mistaken identity.
- If you have doubts if the player is the correct one, you have to check his birthdate if you have such information in the source (or to find another source)
- Most of the ID’s in the “Soccerway” database are matching our database (excluding the ones with negative numbers). So, if you have doubts you can check the ID’s there (if needed) and to compare them with our DB.
- If needed you can click on the “Х” on the player in the sheet, then he will be moved to the remaining of the squad list in left. When the player is on the left, you can see his full name and his birthdate. In order to see this clip “Show more info” which is on top of the squad list.
73.3 Fixing mistakes in the sheet:
Every time before you correct a mistake in the sheet, you have to make a screenshot of the mistake (and also of the source), because this will be used as a proof in front of the tagger for his mistake. The name of the screenshot has to include -> name of the operator, ID of the game and also the tagged Team. The screenshot should be uploaded in the monthly archive and then the link for the screen to be added in the cell in Checks and also with a short note about the mistake. - Link : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1RS9mQ967glqF0hRQI-4h5iQnLKNrh_xh
73.4 Fixing mistakes without task:
- If there are any kind of mistakes found during the check, it has to be fixed from you. The punishment should be according to the table added in Checks. If there is a mistake in the sheet (result, wrong player, missing cards, goals, subs and so on) the mistake should be corrected and then the changes should be saved. It should be done without task review.
- If you have a wrong player just on the bench and if he has no events in the game, you have to just remove the wrong player and to add the correct one in the sheet.
73.5 Fixing mistakes with task:
If you have a wrong player in the game with events - you have to add the correct one (if he is not available in the squad contact QASupervisor Team or the Queue Managers in order the correct one to be added). Then you have to move him in the sheet instead of the wrong player and his date to match completely (goals, cards, subs). The wrong player should remain in the sheet (move him to the bench), because his events have to be moved to the correct one. Next step is to add a task review to your account -> find the game in the Quality control search menu -> review (it’s colored in red) -> then add the task to yourself. Then you have to log into the game and to move the events from the wrong player to the correct player (Use ctrl+shift). Then you have to fix all modules in which the wrong player is present. After you are ready, you have to re-publish the game. Don’t forget to remove the wrong player from the sheet after the game is re-published again.
Of course, the bonus "without wrong player" should be selected with "NO", because wrong player (who has some events tagged) is found, doesn't matter that it's through the team sheet check.
