DEFINITION:
Direct / Indirect shot from free kick
GUIDELINES:
It's used only with Free Kick Shot: Direct is when a player shoots directly from a free kick; Indirect is when some of his teammates touch or pass the ball first and then a teammate shoots it. It's important how the free kick is taken, not how the referee marked it.
- every shot from free kick
- direct free kick shot is when a player shoots directly from a free kick
- it's important how the free kick is taken, not how the referee marks it
Direct shot from free kick by Messi, saved by the GK
- indirect free kick shot is when some teammate touches or passes the ball first and next another one shoots it immediately after - it must be tagged to the player, who shoots (for the other one - nothing)
Indirect free kick shot for Partey - Koke passes him the ball and he shoots immediately after (nothing must be tagged for Koke)
Indirect free kick shot by the player of Brazil - both of his teammates pass and stop ball for him (nothing must be tagged for them)
For N.7 in red shirt should be tagged free kick + scheme + assist, not directly free kick shot + indirect free kick for N.11, because with this simple pass N.7 improved a lot the position and the chance of scoring for his teammate
- if the shot hits the wall - it must be blocked (without opportunity)
- in some rare situations, when the ball is really close (almost on the line of the penalty area, dangerous situation), could be added opportunity too, even if the ball hits the wall
- if the shot passes through the wall and goes near/inside goal - it should be with opportunity.
Dangerous shot by Messi, which the opposite GK saves - opportunity must be added to Messi, because it's a chance for scoring
Opportunity must be not added here, because the shot of Messi hits the wallÂ
