Every pass with hand

GUIDELINES:

Only for the goalkeepers - passes with hands.

- it could be used only to the GK
- every pass with hand, doesn't matter the distance

- it must be used if a GK catches the ball and he throws/going to throw it and a replay starts at the same moment - it's obvious what he does

The GK catches the ball and he is going to throw it, before the replay - when it's visible what the GK is going to do or he starts the action, it's ok to tag hand pass for him
