23. free kick - efk

DEFINITION:
Every pass from set piece

GUIDELINES:

Any other free kick taken by the players, doesn't matter is it a short or long pass, if it's not a shot (free kick shot) or a cross (free kick cross) after the foul, everything else is Free Kick.

23.1 Free kick

- every free kick taken, which is not a cross into the penalty area or a shot
- the distance is not important - could be long or short pass

23.2 Free kick / Free kick cross difference

- if there is a long pass, directed into the opposite penalty area and there are some teammates inside - it's not Free kick, but it should be Free kick cross

Always if there are some teammate inside in the opposite penalty area and the ball is directed into the penalty area - it must be tagged like free kick cross, not free kick

Not a typical cross by N.7 in white shirt, but for sure something practiced on training and the ball is directed into the penalty area - it must be free kick cross + scheme, not free kick

N.6 directs the ball around the penalty area - even if it's not exactly inside it, still free kick cross could be used like an exception here, not free kick, because all players are lined and expect the ball directed in dangerous position inside/near the penalty area

23.3 Not visible Free kick

- if the ball goes out of the pitch, there is replay next and after that it's already in play - the free kick is not visible, but must be tagged to the team (if you can't suppose at all who did the action) or to a player, if it's understandable who passed the ball

After the foul of Ramos is not visible what exactly happens, but it's understandable, according to the positions - Brozovis passes the ball after the foul, so free kick must be tagged for him

Free kick is given by the referee and there is a replay next - after that the ball is in play - the GK takes it, after the foul and after the replay, when the ball is in play, it's understandable what happens - free kick for the GK

23.4 Free kick + scheme

- if it's something, practiced on training, scheme must be added

On the video is written scheme to free kick cross, but it should be to free kick - perfect example for scheme - the movement of Ronaldo and his teammates to free him in good position of shoot and the good timing with Pjanic and his pass lead to this goal
