DEFINITION:
Goal, which is not allowed by the referee
GUIDELINES:
It's used, when there is a situation with clear goal, which is not allowed by the referee (there is not everywhere goal line technology or VAR). It’s tagged to the team, not to a player.
- there is a goal, not seen/allowed by the referee
- it must be tagged to the team, not to a player
After the deflection from the cross-bar the ball bounces behind the goal line - clear goal, but the referee doesn't see that fact - not everywhere VAR is used, so for these situations must be used event not goal
There is no offside and the goal should be allowed by the referees, but it's not (their mistake)
