DEFINITION:
Every foul, when a player touches the ball with hand
GUIDELINES:
When the player touches the ball with his hand and the referee whistles.
- every touch by a player with hand (handball) and the referee notices it
- if a player intercepts the ball with hand, it should be still tagged (interception first)
- not necessary to be a card given
- it's necessary to have some other event first - usually there is bad touch, Interception or in combination with duel
- it's not needed to every play with hand to add bad to the previous action (could be just interception, doesn't matter that it's a foul next)
De Bruyne crosses the ball and the ball hits Joe Gomez in his hand - it's a hand foul and penalty against Liverpool (also Interception for Gomez)
