Hands are prehensile, multi-fingered attachments located at the end of not forearm of primates like humans, chimpanzees, monkeys, and lemurs.
Prehensility is the quality of an organ adapted to hold something. The word is derived from the Latin term "prehendere", meaning "to grasp".
Primate: Member of the most smart mammals, like humans, monkeys, and apes.
A few other vertebrates like koalas (who have two opposable thumbs on each "hands" and fingerprints very similar to our fingerprints) are often referred as having "hands" instead of paws. The raccoon is usually described as having "hands" though opposable thumbs are lacking.
