Science for Life hub members from nine Islington schools attended Science and Black History CPD in Lab_13. Aspects of the course that they found useful were as follows:

• hands on, practical activities/ideas for teaching

• ways to link scientists to the science curriculum in different key stages

• information/data base about scientists

• lesson plans

• book suggestions about scientists
