Principal Investigator

Abu Hassan has joined the Science for Life Partnership as our Principal Investigator at Arts and Media School Islington. He is running lunch time and after school STEM Clubs.

Abu's Year 7 pupils came along to the Science Showcase (a Science for Life and Institute of Physics joint event) and made a presentation about Marie Curie and their STEM Club activities.

They were excellent mentors for pupils from Islington schools who completed a physics challenge.

Abu visited Gillespie's STEM Club and spoke to the Year 3 and 4 pupils about his experiences working as a scientist in the NHS and about being a secondary school science teacher. The pupils enjoyed asking him questions.
