Science for Life hub members rugged up and braved the cold in Gillespie Park on a very chilly day when they undertook Outdoor Learning professional development led by Helen Spring.
Science Leads and classroom teachers found it very useful to discover ways of teaching scientific enquiry outdoors via a range of activities and resources under Helen's expert guidance. They embraced the idea of reviewing medium term plans to consider what should and could be taught outside.
