Creating Community

Benefits of Being Connected

There are a number of benefits to getting involved on campus.

You'll make friends, beef up your resume, and, yes, build your network.

Not only will you be able to connect with fellow students, you'll also be able to connect with speakers, advisers, and mentors. You'll build lifeling friendships and get the most out of your college experience.

Pierpont's STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION

The Student Government Association is your voice on campus.

It is responsible for representing Pierpont's student body.

In this organization, you are encouraged to share ideas, concerns, and opinions in order to make a better campus community for you, and your fellow students.

If you are interested in becoming a part of our organization, there are many ways to become involved.  Depending upon your interests, we can find a place for you to expand your network beyond the classroom through attending meetings, organizing events, pursuing leadership opportunities, and serving the community through volunteer work.

SGA's Connect @ Pierpont
