computer & Printer information
when a module has handouts that can be printed, how do i get them?
Handouts are in PDF format.
In PDF format, you can read it, use a screen reader, save it, or print it.
Click on the diagonal arrow on the top right of the picture of the handout, and the PDF opens in another tab in your browser.
If the diagonal arrow is not there, move your mouse around the area and click on it until it appears.
Note:
When you click on a video or PDF on a webpage, it opens it in a new tab on your browser. To return to the original webpage, just click on the original webpage tab.
The 3 Steps To Print a PDF...
To print a PDF, your computer needs to be connected to a printer.
If it is not, you can save the PDF onto your computer, email it to yourself, and print it from another computer that is connected to a printer.
Step 1
This is what you will see when you click on the diagonal arrow in the square.
Click on the picture of the printer on the top right.
Step 2
You will see the same handout, and there will be a picture of the pages in the handout on the left side.
Click on the picture of the printer again on the top right.
Step 3
This will bring up the printer screen.
Make your choices and click "print."
