Ingredients
175g farfalle (or any other pasta!)
1/2 onion, chopped
clove of garlic, chopped
green chilli, chopped, or pinch of chilli flakes
handful of olives - green or black - chopped in half?
1 tin of tuna
1/4 cup white wine (or perhaps a little more if needed)
2 tbsp chopped parsley and/or lemon zest to serve
Method
Soften onion and garlic in oil. Add chilli and fry a little more.
Add tuna, olives, capers and wine with a little salt, bring to a simmer and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes, adding extra wine if too dry.
Toss with pasta, adding extra olive oil, parsley and/or lemon zest to serve.
