Sour cream baked salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of salmon

  • 1 carton of sour cream

  • 1 1/2 tsp wholegrain mustard

  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan

  • Potatoes for boiling and buttering and serving with a vegetable

Method

Preheat the oven to 220C.

Mix the topping, season with salt and pepper, and spread thickly over the fillets (leaving some as a sauce to go with potatoes/vegetable).

Place onto a lines baking tray.

Bake for 15 minutes (sauce may burn slightly at the edges).
