Ingredients
2 fillets of salmon
1 small (150ml) carton of sour cream (or half fat sour cream)
1 1/2 tsp wholegrain mustard
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
Potatoes for boiling and buttering and serving with a vegetable
Method
Preheat the oven to 220C.
Mix the topping, season with salt and pepper, and spread thickly over the fillets (leaving some as a sauce to go with potatoes/vegetable).
Place onto a lined baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes (sauce may burn slightly at the edges).
