8oz digestive biscuits
1 tbsp golden syrup
4oz butter or margarine
2 desert spoons of drinking chocolate
4oz plain chocolate (or make ganache for topping - needs double cream)
Method
Melt butter and add syrup, crushed biscuits and drinking chocolate.
Press into small, shallow cake tin and refrigerate until set.
Melt chocolate, pour over and refrigerate until set again.
