Method
Pre-heat oven to 200C. Take the cheese from its box, unwrap and put back in box. Prick surface with a skewer, rub surface with peeled garlic clove or paste and then pour over white wine. Replace lid and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
NB Man from Cartmel Cheese recommended 120C for only 10 minutes for cheese at 3x the price! May have been right. Cheese very soupy.
