Blue cheese pasta
Ingredients
- 175g fusilli
- 75g blue cheese (eg Gorgonzola)
- 100ml single cream
- 25g butter
- 25g grated parmesan or mature cheddar
Method
Put blue cheese, cream and butter in a pan and stir together over a low heat until melted and thoroughly combined. Cook pasta. Drain pasta and combine with half the white cheese leaving the other half for serving.
