Heat some oil from the anchovies and butter (enough to cover the onion, garlic and anchovies comfortably) in a pan. Sauté the garlic, onion and anchovies until the onion is thoroughly soft. Add the capers, olives and tomatoes. Simmer gently for 20 mins. Season.
Cook the pasta.
Combine and sprinkle with parsley.
By tradition, only a fool would serve cheese with this.
