Salmon, pea and pesto pasta

Ingredients

  • 175g fusilli
  • 400g salmon (2 salmon fillets)
  • 125g frozen peas
  • 4tbsp pesto
  • grated parmesan to garnish

Method

Cook the peas in salted water, drain and stir in pesto (add extra olive oil if a bit dry) and season to taste.

Cook the pasta.

Pan fry the salmon fillets and flake.

Combine with extra oil if necessary.
