Apple crumble
Ingredients

1oz butter
2oz brown sugar
2oz plain flour
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp nutmeg
1/2 lb or 2 prepared apples
Or
2oz butter (cold)
2oz caster sugar
3oz flour
1/2 lb (prepared) apples (2 Lorton-sized) tossed in sugar and cinnamon
Method
Bake in a buttered pie dish at 180C for (at least) 30 mins and then leave to cool a little. (Fills 3 large Lorton oval ramekin dishes moderately, or 2 stuffed to the ginnels.)
