1.Good morning, we are Coconut group and María and me (Enrique) are going to talk about this 3rd activity: Exploring tasks with digitals for Primary School teachers and we have chosen, by reading the TACCLE 2 BOOK, one of the activities between some of them.
2. The task we have chosen is the TALL TALES that consists on creating a mind-map in which we had to reflect a story for children in order to provide them the information in a siking structure.
3. This activity gives a chance to reflect on a story. Children learn how to structure a story. What can make them have more capacities to order their own ideas and thoughts. It is a structure based on a idea to which branches appear to indicate different characteristics and thus interpret a story.
4. We have developed this activity for children over 7 years old because in this range of ages is when children can catch the message the story is trying to spread and because the way the information is organised make them get the information in an easier way.
6. When talking about the web or the software, we have worked in this task using Miro to create the structure of the mind map with different branches, pictures and some text to clarify the information that you will see later. We also have used Canva to create the different slides and to make the presentation more attractive.

9. On the other hand, here we have where the story takes place in, that is in persia where a cavern is closed by a big Stone that opens when saying “ábrete sésamo” an closes when “ciérrate sésamo” and where there are hidden gold. Then we have some different problems that happen during the story and some solutions or moral of a fable.
10. Well, to work in this task using technology, the whole group have discussed about what would be a good task to chose by reading it in the book we downloaded and once we had it, we all were looking for information, reading the description of the task, talking about what software would be better to use to create the mind map, searching for a story to represent and answering the 7 questions.
----------------
13. Using min maps doesn’t imply only creating stories but you can use them to create reports, to tell some historical moments, plan several projects and you can also use them instead of brainstorming ideas or just for remembering something easily and quickly.
14. It will be easier for the students to look for information and to find ways of representing the story in a catchy way and if they are not very experienced, they will improve their skills when searching data on the Internet, designing diagrams and creating a good and striking work. Apart from that, it will be fun for them because of the freedom they have to use creativity.

17. If we want students to do this task from home, we should explain to them very well how to use the mind - mapping software by testing it, we should make sure they have enough resources to do it, we should be prepared to answer their doubts or even we could make a tutorial video explaining the task.
18. We recommend this format for teachers because it provides them a new dinamic and visual way of teaching in class and make it entertaining showing the information they need and it also imply the use of digital devices and software.
