Jorge Nicolás Martínez: This week I have been the star, we all know that this is one of the most difficult roles because you have the responsability to present the work that your group has been doing during the whole week. In spite of that, this week it hasn't been so complex because we have worked hard in the rubrics about the tools we have used. In addition, this week I haven't done a presentation in front of the class, instead we have discussed together about the rubrics and I have been the spokensperson. From my point of view this has been the most difficult task until now, we have done a comic which wasn't very easy, we have worked with different frameworks ( TPACK and ACAD), we have created activities for children and learned about key competences. But, reflecting about the tools we have used and we will use in the future is very complex, that's why we have had two weeks for doing it. On the other hand, it has also been the most interesting task until now, because in addition to reflect about these tools, we have had to create a method to evaluate them. There are a lot of rubrics but we have use this one and it is very useful, because it is easy to understand and it is very complete. However, it has been very difficult to evaluate these tools, because we need a lot of time to inquire in the tools, to observe carefully all the categories in the rubrics, and there are also some of them that can be subjective, that's why it has been a very complex task. We have worked very well in this task, although our method to evaluate them is very simple it is also very useful and it functions correctly. When I have to be the star I feel a little bit nervous at the beginnig because I have to be ready in order to explain our work. The responsability this role entails makes me feel worried, but I try to be really prepared. This feeling dissapears when I start presenting the work in front of the class, I quickly calm down and, the two times I've been a star so far, I think I've been able to present and explain our work quite well.
Leo Díaz Díaz- The role that i have played this week is the "journalist". Documenting the work is one of the roles that I have liked the most because it is a way of remembering and capturing the way in which we have done it. It has been a very different work from the last one. We had to do a rubric and have to evaluate the different e-learning tools. Doing the activity I realised that creating a method for evaluating is too complicated. You need to take into account many facts and summarize different aspects. This activity has also made me realize how much data the applications have about us. As teachers we don't realize how much information they can get about us and our students. To be good professionals and teachers, I believe that we need to be capable of analyzing the applications and web pages we use in class. This rubric gives us that opportunity and to be able to apply it in the future. In addition, as the rubric has many different sections with subcategories, we can more accurately evaluate the reality of an application.
Enrique Nicolás Martínez: In this 5th task, I have played the role of facilitator and also curator. This task has been aimed to analyse different tools that we have used in class in order to develop all our activities during this course until now. I have found really interesting working in this because we had to investigate more in a deep way the tools we use and we work on. By doing this rubrics, you realize how different tools work, the way they use your data, the effectiveness in teaching methods, the facility to work in them, and several aspects that we never stop to think about.
María Mansilla Jiménez-Alfaro: I found this task both complex and interesting, at first I did not understand the rubrics or the activity that we had to carry out, but thanks to my colleagues, we all understood it together and helped each other at all times, I think it is a very interesting way of breaking it down the apps that we have used and learn how they are and their advantages and disadvantages. Working in class we devised a very interesting method of three bubbles to pigeonhole the different tools.
Cesar Narros Martinez : In this task I played the role of analyst. Perhaps this time it has been more complicated because we have had to make a more concrete personal assessment, which has made me put more in context and looking more useful to us the realization of the same. As I have already mentioned in my assessment, this has placed us in a problem that many teachers have on a daily basis, and we have learned one of the proposed solutions. Having done this task will be of great help to us in our future as teachers.
