Education is a part of the system and of society and as such evolves in parallel with it. The new technologies are the impulse of this new generation of humans and obviously education is an essential part so that we can give it the importance it deserves. Teachers must have a minimum of digital skills, they must be versatile in many aspects that allow them to teach adapting to current times.
This activity has been an investigation and a discovery of what these competences are and why they are so important. Undoubtedly, the best part of the activity has been to learn as future teachers what will be required of us to exercise our profession. We had to be able to integrate all these competences in an infographic so that we can have it there always and in a visual way. However, the worst part of the work has been or rather the most difficult has been to be able to select the information and relate it to other educational concepts. Without a doubt, the most complicated part is having to relate concepts because it requires very deep learning. It is no longer just looking for information and copying it, now it is also thinking and reflecting and looking for the relationship in our head with what we already know. By doing this work we have realized how creative it takes to be a teacher and how essential it is to continually update our knowledge. To design the infographic we needed to create a mental image before making it in order not to make mistakes.
But I would like to highlight what for me has been the best moment of the week and has been to see Jorge and Cesar doing the presentation well. After dedicating time to the work, it has been a great satisfaction that despite the problems that may have arisen, we have managed to overcome them as a group.
We even had problems with the A2 printing because the infographics could not be adjusted. But even with all these difficulties I think the work was very good and I am satisfied in general. We have only one task left and I think we have improved a lot compared to the beginning. For example, comparing the first speedlearning we did, we have noticed great progress in communication and fluency.
With this activity I have learned many concepts that will be useful in my future as a teacher. Competencies that I did not know were required. While the first activity of this course was introductory, this was the one that brought all the knowledge together.
From my point of view a teacher must be able to handle and know the tools he is going to use in a classroom, just like a mechanic uses his tools to fix a car. He has to be thoughtful and be able to take education to another level. As I said before, we had to establish many relationships with other contents that we had studied or that we already knew. For example, we related the first competence "Generator and manager of emerging educational practices" with the student-centered method and to the social construction of knowledge (socio-constructivism) . Students learn with their colleagues from different classes or centers with different and innovative new methodologies related to technology. The second competence "Expert in digital pedagogical contents" we found a relation with the TPACK because the technology is a way to teach easier to your pupils and they can see the utility in their lives. The third competence is "Expanded reflective-practical" this is related to the scientific method, which appears in many parts of our society which is of great importance in any discipline in which research has to be carried out (For example the DBR).
The fourth competence is "Expert in enhanced organizational or personal learning contexts" and is related with the experiences that we have with other teachers/students, or the tools we have used to teach certain content over the years. The fifth competence is " Sensitive to the use of technology from the social commitment perspective" and we can relate this to the literary resources that many authors use in their works. Which provide a meaning beyond the resource they have used. And the last competence is " Able to use technology to expand his/her relationship with the student's family and environment " in which we found a relationship with with impoverished areas that they need more of this interaction and help from the community and teachers so that the technology can also reach them.
I found this news from the newspaper "La Vanguardia" that highlights the importance and the need for teachers to obtain teaching skills.

Teachers will need to improve their training to integrate new technologies in the learning process if we want quality education.
To sum up, I believe that the methodology of this subject and in particular this activity, it helps to achieve a real learning. We had to carry out a great metacognitive process from the moment we had to start creating from 0 to the moment we had to relate concepts with other concepts.We have improved a lot as a group and I think we are on the right track, although we always have room for improvement.
