This has been the last task of the course, we have worked most of the time in class interacting with the rest of the group. First we have create a rubric, in which all the members if the group have activately participate. It hasn't been easy to create a rubric for evaluating the different roles we have being performing during the course, but I think it is a very useful and important task. As teachers, we are going to be evaluating our students all the time. Assessment is one of the most important parts in education, we should know what is the best to evaluate children depending on the content of the task, the context, the social and set design, etc.

In our social lifes we are always evaluating things, most of the time we do it in a superficial way, but it is a process that we need to improve and to learn about experiences, task and the situations we face. In class we have been working with other group in order to mix our rubrics for evaluating the facilitator and the star. It hasn't been very complex to interact with the other group because we have done a similar rubric and we have collaborate very well in the form. The most difficult part of the task has been to create the rubric, because it has to be available and useful so that you can evaluate the individual's roles in a complete way. We have been thinking in the criteria and the level of achievement while we weren't sure if we were doing it properly. the group has been very focus in this task, the best part of it has been to use the rubric with other's groups in the class and prove that it is useful and helpful.
Thinking reflectively, we as a society have to be more implicated in the socio-cultural aspect, we should evaluate in a more profound way the politics, the situation we are facing in our country and, at school we should reflect about how we are evaluating children. Most of the teachers believes that exams is the best instrument to do it, but they must adapt the assessment depending on many factors that I have prevously mention. As I said, evaluation is a process that we usually do, but it good be very helpful for our society to reflect and develop our personal opinion by learning from others about all the aspects of our socio-cultural environment.

We have learned in this task that the way we evaluate students is going to determinate their motivation, interests, ways of learning... We have also learned how to create a valid rubric and how to share ideas with others to create and improve a task. We have learned how to accept feedback and use it to improve and progress, how to give the importance to the aspects that deserve it in order to evaluate someone's performance.
We can relate this content with the 5th task called 'Ethics', in which also used a rubric to evaluate some digital tools. In this case, we didn't have to create the rubric, however, we had to reflect and fill the rubric with each tool. Finally, I would like to share our refection about how to improve the group's performance. Although we have worked very well in this task, we can be even more efficient if we are all implicated and concentrated in the task, we must learn from other group's performance and blogs, but, from my point of view, we have been improving during the course and I'm very proud of it. We can stop improving and progressing, but we have to assume that we are going to do it for the rest of our lifes. As a group, we need to know that sometimes it's better to work when you have reflected, instead of working a lot of time and after that, try to reflect about what you have done and reorganized the work you have realized.
